Refund Policy
At Marvino, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction while also protecting our business. Therefore, our return and refund policies comply with the current regulations in Spain and the European Union.
1. Right of Withdrawal (14 days)
Customers have 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order to request a return.
To exercise this right, the product must be in perfect condition, unused, and in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or has arrived damaged.
2. Products Not Eligible for Return
Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

Products that have been opened, used, or show signs of tampering.

Products without their original packaging or with damaged packaging.

Items damaged due to improper or negligent use.

Sale, promotional, or clearance items (except if defective).
3. Defective Products or Shipping Errors
If the product arrives damaged, defective, or does not match the order placed, the customer must notify us within 48 hours of receipt.
Photographs or videos proving the condition of the item will be required.
In this case, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer either a free replacement or, if preferred, a full refund.
4. Return Procedure
The customer must contact our support team at marvinoshop@gmail.com providing: order number, reason for the return, and evidence (if applicable).
After our confirmation, the customer must ship the product to the address provided.
Once the item is received and inspected, the customer will be notified of the approval or rejection of the return.
5. Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 to 14 business days through the same payment method used for the purchase.
Original shipping costs will not be refunded (except in cases of defective products or incorrect orders).
