We ship domestically and internationally.

International delivery times typically range from 10–25 business days, depending on the destination and supplier.
4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Prices shown at checkout may include VAT where applicable.

For shipments outside your local tax region, customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may be charged by the destination country upon import.

These charges are the customer’s responsibility, and we have no control over them or their amounts.

If a parcel is returned due to unpaid duties/taxes or refusal, original shipping costs (if any) may be non-refundable.
5. Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses.

If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete and the parcel is returned, reshipping costs may apply.
6. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order is lost, does not arrive, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 business days of the estimated delivery date.

We may request photos or evidence. Once confirmed, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund.
7. Address Changes

If you need to change the shipping address after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible.

We cannot guarantee changes if the order has already been processed by the carrier.
8. Partial Shipments

If your order includes multiple items and some are not immediately available, we may ship items separately to speed up delivery.

You will not incur extra shipping charges for partial shipments.
