Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not prepared or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

2. Shipping Methods & Costs

  • Standard Shipping (Free): 5–15 business days.

  • Delivery times may vary based on destination and carrier conditions.

(Express shipping is not available at this time.)

3. International Shipping

  • We ship domestically and internationally.

  • International delivery times typically range from 10–25 business days, depending on the destination and supplier.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes 

  • Prices shown at checkout may include VAT where applicable.

  • For shipments outside your local tax region, customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees may be charged by the destination country upon import.

  • These charges are the customer’s responsibility, and we have no control over them or their amounts.

  • If a parcel is returned due to unpaid duties/taxes or refusal, original shipping costs (if any) may be non-refundable.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses.

  • If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete and the parcel is returned, reshipping costs may apply.

6. Lost or Damaged Parcels

  • If your order is lost, does not arrive, or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 business days of the estimated delivery date.

  • We may request photos or evidence. Once confirmed, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund.

7. Address Changes

  • If you need to change the shipping address after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible.

  • We cannot guarantee changes if the order has already been processed by the carrier.

8. Partial Shipments

  • If your order includes multiple items and some are not immediately available, we may ship items separately to speed up delivery.

  • You will not incur extra shipping charges for partial shipments.

9. Delays

  • During peak periods (holidays, sales, promotions), delivery times may be extended.

  • We will notify you via email if there are significant delays.

10. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier’s system.
